Do you supply the alcohol?
No, we do not supply the alcohol since we are do not have a liquor license. Yet, we will work closely with you in order to customize any specialty cocktails of your choice.
What do you provide?
We provide everything needed for a flawless cocktail experience. Options are dependent on the packages chosen in relation to mixers, garnishes, napkins, cocktail ice, straws, cups or glassware, and TABC certified and professional bartenders.
Can you act as a cash bar?
Unfortunately, because we do not have a liquor license, we are not allowed to collect money in exchange for alcoholic beverages.
Where are you located and is traveling an option?
We are located in the Richmond/Katy/Fulshear area. Travel within 35 miles of area has no additional charge. For distances outside of 35 miles of this area, a travel fee will be added to all quotes.
Can you accommodate requests for mocktails?
Absolutely! We can create mocktails for your special occasion be it a dry brunch, baby shower, children’s event, etc. Ask about it on our interest form located on the home page.
What is your payment and refund policy?
A non-refundable booking fee of $150 and signed contract for all events is required to secure services. The remaining balance is due 1 week before event date. We accept the following payment methods: cash, Zelle (tljsmobilemixology@outlook.com), Venmo (@Tenisha-Jacquett), CashApp ($tljmobilemix), and PayPal (tljsmobilemixology@outlook.com).
Are you insured and certified?
Yes, we are. We carry liquor liability and general liability insurance that covers our services. All bartenders are TABC certified.
Do you have an inclement weather policy?
Unfortunately, we do have an inclement weather policy not considering the booking model used. In the event of rain or other inclement weather, we will gladly work with you in order to reschedule services.
How early should I book?
The earlier, the better! Our preference is to be informed 2-3 weeks in advance. However, if we are not already scheduled for an event, we may be able to provide services within a week’s notice.
